Job Summary
Lead the Oak Steel division on 1st shift to maximize factory performance in quality, productivity, and safety. Responsible for interviewing/onboarding new members, maintaining 100-day onboarding, staffing within the area, driving continuous improvement, coaching direct reports, and supporting 6S and timekeeping via Kronos. Partner with support groups on capacity, materials flow, and equipment readiness; drive engagement and achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture goals. Requires lean manufacturing experience preferred and a bachelor’s degree (with internship). Strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Kronos/Oracle systems; OSHA knowledge is preferred.
