Job Summary
Oversees Package Handlers, trains and develops workgroups, and maintains safety, productivity, and accuracy standards. Leads a team to ensure safety policies and OSHA requirements are followed, manages resources for maximum output, fosters a positive, collaborative work environment, implements personal development plans, provides orientation and coaching, and communicates effectively across roles. Requires lifting up to 70 lbs/32 kg, flexibility to work up to 5 days per week on part-time shifts (including daytime hours), and proficiency with Microsoft Office in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Located in Oak Creek, WI with benefits after 30 days; role emphasizes leadership, training, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
- Management experience - Preferred
