Job Summary
Oak Bartender serves guests at the front bars and fulfills drink orders for the dining room, monitors the cash drawer at the bar, and performs alcohol inventories at the end of each night. The role involves presenting a friendly and professional image, delivering superior customer service, greeting and seating guests, informing them of promotions, monitoring guest consumption of alcohol, preparing and pouring drinks with proper portions, maintaining bar inventory, operating a POS system, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. The position may be assigned to various venues throughout the property and requires 21+ years of age, high-volume beverage service experience, and guest-service skills; casino experience preferred; pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years’ beverage service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment required
- One or more years’ guest service experience required
- Casino experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to handle several projects and tasks at the same time
- Must be able to perform the physical job duties of all Food & Beverage team members
- CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check may be required
