Job Summary
Perform varying manual, repetitive tasks to process meat from turkeys, including processing, cutting, and packaging while adhering to GMP, HACCP, safety, and sanitation standards. Operate and monitor tools/equipment, rotate through functions within the processing department, promptly report malfunctions or safety concerns, and meet line time standards (e.g., 4 pieces per minute). Emphasizes product safety, food defense, and compliance with FDA/OSHA requirements; previous food manufacturing experience preferred but not required for entry level. Requires ability to stand for long periods and work in a high-noise, cold environment with PPE as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or related preferred
- Entry level does not require previous experience in a Production role
