Job Summary
Responsible for performing varied manual and/or machine-assisted tasks to process turkey products, including packaging and boxing, while adhering to safety, quality, and sanitation standards. Follows GMP and HACCP procedures, supports food safety initiatives, monitors equipment for malfunctions, and rotates through processing functions to meet line time standards and production goals. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods, work in a fast-paced meat-processing environment, operate utensils/tools as required, and wear PPE as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or related preferred
- Entry level does not require previous experience in a Production role
