Job Summary
2nd shift role at Butterball involving transferring live birds from holding zones onto shackles on a processing line and performing repetitive tasks. Requires strict adherence to animal care, safety, and food safety standards (GMP/HACCP); ability to work independently or with teams; ability to read HACCP and FDA/OSHA requirements; physical ability to stand, lift up to 60 pounds, and work in a noisy, wet food-processing environment with PPE. Prior experience in food manufacturing preferred but not required for entry level; opportunity to grow professionally within Butterball.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or related preferred
- Entry level does not require previous experience in a Production role
