Job Summary
Design, configure, and deploy o9 Demand Planning solutions while developing forecasting models using statistical methods and predictive analytics. Customize the o9 platform, enhance plug-ins, and support initiatives including Demand Sensing, Forecast Enrichment, and Consensus Planning. Analyze forecast performance to recommend continuous improvements and collaborate with S&OP teams. Participate in testing, UAT, and post-production support while working closely with business users to deliver scalable solutions. Requires 5+ years of experience with 3+ years in o9 Demand Planning, strong Python and SQL skills, and exposure to machine learning. This contract-to-hire role offers conversion to permanent payroll for a leading MNC client.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in o9 Demand Planning
- Overall 5 years of experience
- Experience in o9 implementation and platform configuration
- Strong understanding of Demand Planning and Supply Chain Planning
- Hands-on experience in Statistical Forecasting
- Hands-on experience in Demand Sensing
- Hands-on experience in Forecast Accuracy
- Hands-on experience in Consensus Planning
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Exposure to Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics
