Job Summary
This is a 21-month fixed-term secondment for Mondelēz International. The Change Readiness Lead serves as the senior change leader responsible for defining and driving the program’s change strategy, readiness approach, governance, and delivery standards to ensure a consistent, high-quality, business-focused change experience across functions and business units. Key duties include owning the Program Change Management Strategy, defining go-live gate criteria and readiness assessments, quality-assuring Change Impact Assessments, standardising the Key User Learning Journey, managing the program-wide Change Plan, and leading the Functional Change Lead team while collaborating with Training and Communications leads. The role requires senior-change-management experience, leadership presence with stakeholders at the Program Director/C-suite level, strong QA capabilities, readiness governance, and the ability to consolidate multi-workstream data into executive dashboards. Education/certification requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and relevant change-management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, APMG, Kotter) with CCMP/PRINCE2/PMP MSP qualifications advantageous. Travel is limited (<20%), and the schedule is Hybrid with on-site presence as needed. Demonstrated experience with ERP/CRM transformations and familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, organisational psychology or related discipline
- Pr ofesso ADKAR, APMG, Kotter or equivalent
- Program or project management qualification (MSP, PMP, PRINCE2) advantageous
- Prosci, APMG, or CCMP certification preferred
- Coaching qualification (ILM, ICF) advantageous
- 8–10 years’ progressive experience in change management or business transformation at senior leadership level
- Experience leading change on large-scale ERP, CRM, or enterprise transformation programs
- Strong program-level planning and risk management capability
- System implementation experience (SAP, O9, Oracle, Salesforce) highly preferred
- Hybrid work schedule with on-site presence commensurate with program phase and governance cadence
- Travel requirements: Yes, but limited (<20%)
- Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira; SharePoint/Teams/Confluence
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
