O365 Messaging Senior Engineer

Job Summary
Senior O365 Messaging Engineer responsible for supporting the global O365 messaging service (Exchange Online and on-premises), ensuring availability, performance, security, and compliance. Works with third-party providers to meet SLAs and quality standards, supports tenant migrations and cross-tenant coexistence, guides messaging design and implementation, and acts as an escalation point for complex O365 messaging incidents. Provides end-user and stakeholder support, participates in projects, creates and manages scripts for administration, and assists with cost optimization and governance. Familiarity with Defender for Office 365, Proofpoint, RBAC, DMARC/DKIM/SPF, mail transport design, and cross-tenant integration; strong PowerShell scripting and knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive dependencies on Exchange is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in O365 messaging engineering and administration
