Job Summary
Manage national key accounts, including development, negotiation, signing, and long-term relationship maintenance for major clients. Deeply understand client business models and pain points to design supply and operational solutions that drive sales targets. Customize competitive, actionable smart solutions for "lightning warehouses" and lead product demonstrations, technical exchanges, and business negotiations. Collaborate internally with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and gather market feedback for continuous optimization. Analyze national market dynamics, identify strategic opportunities, and assist in expanding new markets from zero to one. Track weekly sales progress, order fulfillment rates, and submit forecasts to support executive decision-making. Requires 5+ years in key account sales, 1+ year in lightning warehouse management, and willingness to travel 50% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years large client sales or KA management experience
- 1+ year lightning warehouse client management sales experience
- Familiarity with lightning warehouse and new retail fields
- Mature client resources
- Excellent new client development capabilities
- From 0 to 1 project operation experience
- Successful national large client conquest cases
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Business negotiation skills
- Ability to establish good cooperative relationships with large client procurement and senior management
- Strong team collaboration spirit
- Project management capabilities
- Ability to coordinate internal resources and promote project implementation
- Strong market insight and adaptability
- Ability to quickly respond to market changes and customer needs
