Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end Order to Cash process across Mainland China, overseeing credit management, billing, collections, and cash recovery while managing a growing team focused on service excellence. Drive improvements to revenue operations by identifying automation opportunities and standardizing processes, acting as the local SAP subject matter expert for digital transformation initiatives. Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve complex customer queries, reduce aged debt, and optimize working capital while monitoring KPIs for billing accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align local processes with global best practices and meet Chinese regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- significant experience leading Order to Cash, Credit Control or Accounts Receivable operations within a complex organisation
- previous people management experience
- passion for coaching, developing and motivating teams
- experienced SAP user
- strong understanding of finance processes
- continuous improvement
- excellent stakeholder management skills
- confidence to influence colleagues across multiple functions and levels
- fluent in both Mandarin and English
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
