Job Summary
O2C Junior Analyst focuses on leading collection operations, managing escalated cases, driving KPIs (collection rate, past-due, cycle time), and supporting provisioning processes. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with policies and SLAs, coaching team members, stakeholder management, and driving continuous improvements in a transition environment. Requires a Finance/Accounting degree, hands-on collections experience, Hungarian fluency, and English proficiency; hybrid work model in Łódź with 3 days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- Education degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable
- Experience in a shared services environment
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office tools
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Collections
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
- Experience in transition or migration projects is a strong asset
- Experience in accounting is considered an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Fluent in Hungarian (C Level)
