Job Summary
O2C Junior Analyst – Cash Application responsible for reviewing and reconciling daily incoming payments and preparing detailed accounts receivable reconciliations for customer and internal requests. Identify and communicate payment discrepancies with the collections team, manage a portfolio of receivable accounts to keep aged balances within targets, and prepare scheduled and ad hoc financial analysis reports. Ensure adherence to service levels and company policies, resolve operational issues, and escalate to the supervisor when necessary. This role is in a transition/migration environment and requires Romanian language skills; it is based in Łódź, Poland with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office).
Required Qualifications
- Education degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in Cash Application, Accounts Receivable
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office tools
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Cash Application
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Fluent Romanian (B Level)
