Job Summary
Manage Order-to-Cash processes, including Accounts Receivable, customer billing, invoice processing, and payment tracking. Execute daily O2C lifecycle activities and reconciliations while maintaining high attention to detail. Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and resolve invoice disputes through effective customer account management. Apply problem-solving abilities to streamline billing workflows and ensure accurate payment tracking within the telecom environment. Requires 3–5 years of O2C experience, Spanish fluency, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 Years of Experience in O2C / Order-to-Cash Process
- Spanish Fluency – Mandatory (Speak, Read & Write)
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) & Customer Billing
- Hands-on experience in Invoice Processing & Payment Tracking
- Strong understanding of O2C Lifecycle & Reconciliations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills – VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas & Data Analysis
- Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles
- Strong Communication, Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or related field
- Must be available for 5 Days Work from Office
- Must work Shift Timing: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM (Night Shift)
