O2C Analyst - Credit Control (Czech speaking)

Job Summary
Lead and oversee daily credit control activities to ensure accurate and timely execution; manage outstanding balances, credit risks, and bad debt exposure in line with policies; review and approve customer credit terms; analyze monthly credit control metrics and KPIs; ensure timely payment of debts; collaborate with Sales, Logistics and Management to resolve credit issues and meet order release/shipping cut-off deadlines; set team KPIs and develop team members through coaching; drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal controls; manage escalations and communicate risks to stakeholders; review and approve credit limit setup, payment terms analysis, and order release decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required for senior-level roles
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Credit Control
- Proven experience in credit limit setup, order release, and payment terms analysis
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office tools
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Czech (B Level)
