Job Summary
Cash Application Analyst at Brenntag responsible for reviewing and reconciling incoming payments daily and preparing detailed accounts receivable reconciliations for customer and internal requests. The role involves identifying and communicating payment discrepancies in collaboration with the collections team, managing a portfolio of receivables to keep aging balances within targets, and preparing scheduled/ad hoc financial analysis reports while adhering to service levels and company policies. The position is in Łódź, Poland, operating in a hybrid model (3 days in the office). Experience with transition or migration projects is a strong asset, and the role requiresFinance/Accounting education, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong ERP/MS Office skills. Required Qualifications
- Education degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in Cash Application, Accounts Receivable
- Experience in a shared services environment
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office tools
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Cash Application
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
- Experience in transition or migration projects is a strong asset
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
