Job Summary
O.R. Sales Associate responsible for nurturing existing accounts and managing a defined territory in collaboration with the Regenerative Surgical Specialist to promote Kerecis Omega3. Duties include cold-calling medical facilities, delivering promotional materials, growing revenue in the assigned territory, and coordinating with the RSS to determine actionable items. Responsibilities also include updating the CRM with account activity, providing case coverage in the operating room, weekly forecasting with the RSS, participating in educational in-service and events, and supporting market development while adhering to company policies and ethics. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of B2B sales experience; role is salaried with commission or MBO as additional compensation.
