Job Summary
Lead operations as Manager on Duty when senior leaders are absent, ensuring safety compliance, team accountability, and seamless shift execution across Sales, Parties, Food & Beverage, and Facilities. Coach team members on service excellence and drive membership sales while managing inventory, equipment maintenance, and incident reporting. Rotate through all park areas to maintain cleanliness, operational readiness, and guest delight from booking to event completion. Work full-time onsite in New Rochelle with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow into higher levels of responsibility
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and positively influence others
- Sound judgment and the ability to stay respectful, calm, and coachable in high-pressure moments
- Ability to move throughout all areas of the park, interact with guests and team members in a high-energy, often loud environment, and lift and carry a minimum of 20 pounds as needed
