Job Summary
Act as Manager on Duty when senior leaders are absent, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and team accountability across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. Lead guest interactions to drive membership sales while coaching staff on service excellence and event execution. Manage inventory, maintain equipment cleanliness, and enforce safety policies throughout the shift. Report guest issues and operational challenges to the Management Team. Rotate through key areas to maintain seamless guest experiences and shift flow. Full-time onsite role with evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow into higher levels of responsibility
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and positively influence others
- Sound judgment and the ability to stay respectful, calm, and coachable in high-pressure moments
- Ability to move throughout all areas of the park, interact with guests and team members in a high-energy, often loud environment, and lift and carry a minimum of 20 pounds as needed
