Job Summary
O&O Park Team Lead leads park operations on the floor across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, rotating through key areas and stepping in as Manager on Duty when leadership isn’t on-site. The role drives guest experience and program sales, coaches team Members, enforces safety policies, and ensures opening/closing procedures and shift execution are performed with consistency. Responsibilities include overseeing party and event programs, operating cafe items, equipment and facility maintenance, and leading cross-departmental collaboration to deliver WOW service standards. Requires ability to move throughout the park, lift up to 20 pounds, strong interpersonal skills, 18+ years of age, and 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles with supervisory experience. Compensation is $18.00-$19.00/hr for full-time employment, with benefits and 401k eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Age at least 18 years
- Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred
