O/N Merchandising Lead

Oversees merchandising, customer service, supervision, and retail operations for the Sam's Club location. Leads and participates in teams, assigns duties to associates, trains staff, and ensures compliance with policies. Manages stocking, pricing, displays, returns, inventory control, safety procedures, and documentation. Coordinates club pick-up orders, develops processes to meet business needs, and supports Open Door Policy. Focuses on delivering member service, guiding members on self-service technology, and assisting with purchasing decisions while maintaining ethical standards and contributing to a positive team environment.
