Job Summary
O&M Power Plant Operations Technician responsible for safe, efficient and compliant operation of the Tarbert, Ireland power station. Operate and monitor DCS, HMI, CEMS and all station control systems; ensure regulatory and procedural compliance; respond to operational variances; conduct field monitoring and frontline maintenance; coordinate with grid and station leadership; support safe maintenance access including LOTO and permit-to-work; identify and report hazards to protect people and assets; 12-hour shifts, with availability for holidays, weekends and nights as required by the shift pattern; professional with strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills to maintain continuous, reliable power generation.
