Job Summary
Design and run all operations and maintenance activities for Scatec's Romanian wind projects using a subcontracting-led delivery model. Define the O&M strategy, including make-or-buy decisions and contracting approaches for OEMs and independent providers, while managing subcontracts for WTG services, balance-of-plant, and HV substation compliance with clear KPIs. Build the O&M organization from the ground up, optimize revenue through availability and cost management, and ensure safe conditions for all personnel. Contribute to business development activities and support the transition from acquired assets to greenfield COD readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience from O&M contract negotiations and management of subcontractors
- Bachelor's in electrical engineering, or similar field
- Knowledge of safety legislation and best practices
- Electrical HV engineer knowledge of the Romanian grid and the Romanian TSO/ authorities

- Experience in wind farm operations
- Experience in renewable energy
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Exposure to multi-contractor environments
- Experience developing contracting strategies (make-or-buy, full-scope vs. multi-contract)
- Experience working in remote or rural project locations
