Job Summary
Lead and support the development and deployment of robotics and automation tooling for GE Vernova Wind Service OM&U. Serve as the primary liaison between OM&U and Wind Engineering to drive O&M automation programs; oversee global validations/beta periods, establish validation teams, site logistics, and data reporting. Develop and implement global training curricula and lead global training sessions. Manage full operational deployment including cost/benefit alignment, procurement planning, logistics, maintenance/spare parts, and regional operation strategies. Provide technical direction and on-site/off-hour support to ensure safe, high-quality execution. Drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) through PSRs, Kaizen, and new standards. Strong written/spoken communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are required. Education/experience: Bachelor's in Engineering or a Wind industry equivalent with demonstrated problem-solving, program management, and leadership capabilities. Travel up to 50% (international). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of Wind industry experience)
- Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time (international travel)
