Job Summary
Define, manage, and continuously improve the process for developing and delivering operations concepts for future global offshore wind farms. Develop a standard project management approach including IT tools, facilitate workshops to identify best practices, and assist Concept and Implementation Managers as the single point of contact for regular updates. Prepare O&M documents, align them with stakeholders, and maintain a comprehensive database of required documentation until site handover. Educate internal colleagues on O&M processes utilized from early development through Commercial Operations Date. Support project teams in integrating specific technical and local requirements while ensuring alignment across other OpCos and regional operations.
Required Qualifications
- Completed technical education with a civil, mechanical or project management focus, alternatively a university degree in any relevant engineering discipline or equivalent work experience
- Business fluent use of English in spoken and written form
- Willingness to travel within RWE Offshore Wind
Desired Qualifications
- A background in any other asset operations within a utility, project management of large infrastructure projects or similar is beneficial
