O.H.S.O. FOH Restaurant Manager

Maintain inventory levels, oversee development and growth of employees, and ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to. Manage team schedules, resolve adverse trends to improve sales, and implement strategies to meet revenue objectives while following company policies for cash and property handling. Understand guest needs and exceed their expectations by ensuring the team is knowledgeable of job expectations and maintaining safe working conditions. Requires 2+ years of FOH Restaurant Management experience, Title 4 Liquor and Food Handlers Certs, and Aloha POS experience.
