Clean and restock pans, pots, dishes, and other kitchen elements while performing limited prep work. Wash smallwares and glasses, organize supplies, and test dishwashing equipment daily. Maintain appliances, empty trash receptacles, and perform janitorial tasks to ensure dining areas are clean and prepared for guests. This role requires standing for 5-9 hours and includes a Food Handler Certification.
