O & G Business Development Manager

Job Summary
Drive revenue growth in oil & gas by identifying and developing new accounts, managing key customer relationships, and expanding opportunities within upstream, midstream, and downstream markets. Lead opportunities from prospecting to close, manage quotes and pipeline in SFDC, develop strategic partnerships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, deliver compelling presentations and proposals, and travel to client sites as needed. Requires 5–10+ years in oil & gas sales/BD, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Oil & Gas Field of Study preferred. Initial focus on Vapor Recovery Units (VRU) and other FS Curtis Equipment OEM applications, with US-based operations in the Houston area and potential international travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience in the oil and gas industry
- Demonstrated success in securing new business and managing key accounts
- Experience with oil and gas industry accounts, EPC firms, drilling contractors, or service providers preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Oil & Gas Field of Study preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships
- Market awareness of oil & gas operations, products, and market dynamics
