Job Summary
O&G architect and Fleet Performance Officer responsible for defining the global Support & Services (S&S) architecture for Oil & Gas fleet (H175, H160, H225), proposing and deploying S&S ecosystems, and managing the Fleet Performance Center to diagnose, monitor, and optimize fleet availability. Roles include coordinating with Customer Support Managers, EB stakeholders, and client representatives; leading actions, roadmaps, and data-driven improvements; ensuring governance of performance reports and contracts; building cross-functional relationships and driving actions to maximize fleet availability for oil & gas customers. Requires client focus, project management, knowledge of logistics and SAP, service-life experience with aircraft, and fluent English.

- Connaissances en logistique (R&R, SAP)
