Job Summary
Supervise groups of K-6 students during and after regular school hours to address learning gaps while leading sessions using provided curriculum. Prepare the tutoring area, manage attendance, and document progress through the HeyTutor Dashboard. Engage students in lessons, support positive behavior choices, and create an engaging environment that fosters belonging. When requested, facilitate baseline and summative assessments and handle student pickup and drop-off from designated school areas. Work independently without teacher or site staff support, clocking in and out via Deputy. Available 8:00am-5:30pm M-F for part-time shifts totaling 15 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Must have completed an AA or higher, or be currently enrolled in college/ university
- Must be comfortable passing an IN-PERSON background check
- Clear FBI-DOJ background check
- COVID-19 Vaccination
- Must be available between the hours 8:00am-5:30pm M-F
- Part Time 15 hours per week
