O'Brien Auto Team Parts Specialist

As a Parts Counter Specialist at O'Brien Auto Team in Bloomington, IL, you will assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts requests, provide accurate pricing, quotes, and product information in person and over the phone, process special orders and emergency requests, pull, tag, stage, and track parts for delivery and repair orders, monitor inventory levels and backorders, process retail sales transactions and invoices, and support technician tool check-in/check-out procedures. You will participate in ongoing product and manufacturer training, maintain an organized parts department, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED is required; automotive parts experience is preferred but not required. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends, and there are comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.
