Job Summary
Provide comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized physical therapy treatment plans; implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance patient recovery; monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary; educate patients and families on injury prevention and wellness strategies; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care; maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment; stay updated on industry trends and best practices in physical therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education
