Utilize data from interim assessments to drive instruction and intervention, implementing unit and lesson plans with the grade or subject team. Collaborate with coaches, grade-level chairs, and school teams to improve instructional, culture-building, and leadership skills through professional development, data analysis meetings, and personalized coaching. Exemplify core values in all interactions with students, families, and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Strong instructional and classroom management skills
- High level of personal organization and planning
- Embraces feedback as an opportunity for growth, openly listening and reflecting on input from others
- Experience working with K-12 students
- New York certified or in the process of obtaining a certification
- Bachelor's degree with a GPA of at least 3.0
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Two years of teaching experience preferred
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus
