Job Summary
Independent-licensed mental health therapists deliver virtual therapy to college students from anywhere in the US on a 1099 contract basis. The role is fully remote with flexible start, requiring a minimum of 8 hours/week (including ~4 evening hours) and the ability to adapt to fluctuating student volumes. Compensation includes per-intake sessions ($95 for 60 minutes), per-follow-up sessions ($80 for 45 minutes), no-show fees ($30), and monthly training/hub meetings ($60). Therapists will utilize evidence-based approaches (MI, CBT, ACT, DBT, etc.), collaborate with campus treatment providers and leadership, maintain precise clinical records, and work with an embedded administrative team to support student care. Candidates must hold active independent licensure in NY (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LMHC); multi-state licensure is a plus. Remote-friendly environment emphasizes diversity and inclusion; bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in NY
- Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred (not mandatory)

- Experience delivering evidence-based therapies (e.g., MI, CBT, ACT, DBT)
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and maintaining timely records
