Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service as a Customer Service Counter Associate. Greet customers, answer phones, assist with charge accounts (opening accounts, accepting payments, answering questions), prepare and wrap purchases for shipment, manage cash work including bank deposits, maintain an organized department, and be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
