Job Summary
Develop and maintain a behavior system for students temporarily removed from class, including monitoring, parent contact, and documentation. Create growth plans and tracking charts for individual students in partnership with the principal. Build rapport with students needing behavioral support through daily check-ins and parent communication. Provide critical administrative support during breakfast, lunch, and dismissal. Assist the dean of school culture with related work and attend all professional development and staff meetings. Assume responsibility for every scholar's success by holding all students accountable during transitions, meals, and trips.
Required Qualifications
- College degree
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Strong instructional and classroom management skills
- Unyielding commitment to students, self and school's constant learning and development
