Job Summary
First Line Support Production Engineer in a cleanroom environment provides 1st-line troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production output. Responsibilities include real-time troubleshooting of production issues, documenting disturbances and resolutions, escalating to senior staff when needed, capturing learnings to improve OCAPs, creating and managing ETPs/DOs/MRB/DRB processes, and SPC tracking for tooling and products. Requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, capability to perform problem-solving methodologies, and experience with disturbance notifications, material and process review boards, and quality processes. A Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field is required. The role involves occasional travel and working in ISO-compliant environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering domain
- Technical experience preferred with prior internship experience in a production environment
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Exposure to SPC and data-driven process control
- Ability to document technical issues and resolutions clearly
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Exposure in escalation management and technical documentation
- Working in a cleanroom environment under ISO 9000/14000 standards
- Occasional travel to manufacturing sites and technology forums
