Job Summary
Skilled Grader Operator needed for 2026 construction season to safely and efficiently operate a self-propelled motor Grader for road construction tasks including rough and fine grade finishing, material spreading/mixing, and preparing roads to precise grade specs. Responsibilities include operating the Grader, conducting maintenance and safety checks, reading and interpreting roadway plans/drawings, training new employees, adhering to the Code of Ethics, promoting the safety program, and working outdoors in variable conditions. Overtime and out-of-town travel may be required; accommodations and Live Out Allowance may apply. Must be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and comply with drug/alcohol testing requirements. Required Qualifications
- Class 5 driver's license required
- Minimum 3-5 years experience within the road construction industry
- Minimum 5 years experience operating a Grader is required
- Class 1 or 3 driver's license considered an asset
