Job Summary
Nike NA NVS Assortment Planner will create pre-season style plans to support Nike Direct, recap and analyze business against financial plans, forecast in-season sales and inventories, and develop monthly forecasts for basic and fashion styles. The role involves providing actionable insights from multiple data sources, presenting financial plans and forecasts in key meetings, and collaborating with cross-functional partners (Merchandising Buyers and Allocation) to drive inventory strategies and Open-to-Buy forecasts. Candidates should balance near-term execution with longer-term thinking, communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing team environment. Proficiency with Excel and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, o9) and experience in retail planning/merchandising are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in planning, merchandising, or related retail disciplines
- High-intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience analyzing data and delivering actionable insights; familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, o9, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in Beaverton, Oregon
