Collaborate with external service providers and internal engineering teams to validate and optimize noise, vibration, and harshness for electric vehicles. Conduct root cause analysis for NVH issues discovered during validation or media events, then develop mitigation strategies while coordinating with testing and CAE teams for data collection and reporting. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in NVH development, preferably within Electric Vehicle projects
- Strong understanding of NVH fundamentals and their specific implications in EVs (e.g., high-frequency tonal noise, lack of masking effects, road/tire noise dominance)
- Experience managing NVH trade-offs and integrating solutions into full vehicle systems
- Solid experience developing NVH performance targets and test standards for EVs
- Capability to interpret objective and subjective NVH results and align them with customer expectations
- Hands-on experience in vehicle-level NVH testing (road, lab, acoustic chambers)
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work across global teams and with external suppliers
- Knowledge of global Certification and Homologation requirements related to acoustic performance is a plus
