Job Summary
MedTech Sales – Clinical Sales for Hospital/Hospital Systems (Commission). Responsibilities include: 制定有挑战性且可执行的销售计划并与经销商及客户有效沟通,以完成销售目标;开发及维护医院客户,并通过学术活动与日常沟通有效传递产品信息及相关服务;建立和维护与临床医生、学术带头人的学术合作关系,体现专业、创新、合作的学术形象;掌握产品知识及销售技巧并不断更新;了解竞争对手的市场状况,按时提交市场数据,分析销售数据和趋势,提出合理建议;严格遵守合规政策;完成上级交予的其他任务。 Preferred/Required Skills include Brand Marketing, Communication, Lead Generation, Market Research, Hospital Operations, Sales, Solutions Selling, Customer Centricity, Problem Solving, Innovation, etc.
Required Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历
- 医药、医疗行业相关的销售经验优先
- 良好的沟通能力和销售技巧
- 通过试用期入职培训考核
- 积极进取,结果导向,有创新精神和合作意识
- 专业自信,能够自我激励,不断学习
- 能承受工作压力,具有吃苦耐劳精神
