Job Summary
HR Generalist role at Behavioral Health Solutions (Henderson, NV) focusing on employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and HR operations across multi-state facilities. Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of Human Resources experience

- Strong understanding of employment law fundamentals and HR best practices

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
