Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for SunBuggy in Las Vegas. Responsibilities include answering inquiries via phone, internet, and in person; booking reservations and processing payments; assisting guests with check-in and coordinating video orientations; maintaining lobby and office appearance; participating in office/admin projects, marketing, media production, safety meetings, and training; may function as dispatcher or shift manager as needed; requires high school diploma, basic math, computer skills, clear communication, neat appearance, and a valid NV driver's license. Work-from-home capability with reliable internet is required for 2 evening shifts per week (4 pm–9 pm). Hourly base pay plus bonuses with full-time position; salary range estimated at $16-$22 per hour (annualized to $33,280–$45,760)."
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and basic math competency
- Basic Proficiency at using a computer for email, browsing, and data entry
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch, bend, and reach
- Must have a valid NV driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
