Job Summary
Provide leadership for all associates, maintain SLAs for the designated area, and act as a subject matter expert. Support employee development, promote efficient workflows, and ensure the area is adequately supplied to complete daily tasks. Oversee production quality, audit processes for SOP adherence, and interact with management to resolve operational issues. Create a positive work environment with high levels of diplomacy and professionalism. Shifts run Sunday through Wednesday from 5:30pm to 4:00am. This role requires high school graduation, 1-2 years of experience, and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High school degree or GED
- 1 to 2 years of equivalent job experience

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards

- Must be able to work overtime as required
- Stand and walk throughout a shift
- Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
- Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
- Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts)
