Nuuly Digital Analyst, Acquisition

Analyze how paid and organic marketing channels drive on-site behavior, connecting upstream channel performance to funnel outcomes and subscriber acquisition. Build and own conversion path and user journey analyses to identify entry points, audiences, and content paths leading to high-quality subscribers. Develop persona-level behavioral analysis to help marketing and merchandising teams understand how different customer segments browse, engage, and convert. Support landing page and campaign performance analysis, evaluating how traffic sources, creative, and messaging influence funnel progression. Partner with the Marketing Analytics team on channel attribution, incrementality, and cross-channel measurement questions that require on-site behavioral data. Collaborate with the Digital Analytics Manager to ensure marketing-relevant events and conversion touchpoints are properly tracked. Document analyses and data definitions clearly for use across the team. Work closely with the Nuuly Marketing team and the broader Digital Analytics team on shared measurement infrastructure.
