Nutritionist (Korean)

Job Summary
Coordinate with operations and head chefs to develop menus aligned with Korean clients' taste preferences and nutritional needs, calculating portion sizes and calorie intake to balance quality and cost. Welcome inspection teams and VIP delegations while conducting periodic surveys to collect feedback on meal quality and service satisfaction. Inspect ingredients and dishes for sensory evaluation before service, monitor compliance with food safety standards, and implement improvement solutions based on client complaints and operational data. Prepare periodic reports on client feedback and recommend process enhancements to improve the overall client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Female candidates
- Between 25 and 30 years old
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Nutritionist, Food QA/QC professional, or in an equivalent position
- Presentable appearance
- Ability to communicate in English or Vietnamese
- Knowledge of nutrition
- Knowledge of menu development
- Knowledge of food quality control
