Job Summary
The Nutritional Services Technician prepares and serves meals with high standards of sanitation, safety, and confidentiality, including patient and cafeteria meals. Responsibilities include handling patient orders, assembling trays, communicating dietary needs, maintaining records, ensuring food safety protocols, opening and closing the cafeteria, serving customers, managing vendor supplies, and providing excellent customer service. A High School Diploma and Serv-Safe Certification are preferred.
