Nutritional Development Services Worker

Job Summary
Distribute menus, organize weekly food orders, and track daily inventory while heating and serving meals to students. Document claimable meals at the point of service, transfer data to the online database, and complete production records with temperature logs. Conduct physical and storage inventories, place food orders, and manage deliveries. Maintain ServSafe certification, follow HACCP procedures, and report equipment issues to NDS. Submit accurate monthly reports to the Archdiocese by the 5th, keeping records for three years. Ensure wellness activities and allergy awareness are communicated to the school nurse.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Maintain current ServSafe food safety certification
- Attend mandatory NDS training meetings
- Follow HACCP procedures, including keeping temperature logs, proper receiving, storage and cleaning procedures
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to fill out forms, read reports generated by NDS, and identify discrepancies in reports
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Flexible and open to change in regulations, duties, etc.
- Works well under deadlines
