Job Summary
Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and snacks per menus, accommodating special diets prescribed by physicians; organize storage and monitor temperatures; purchase items from designated vendors; maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas; provide support to center staff, prepare monthly reports, and assist in nutrition activities and program improvement; require ability to travel within assigned area and operate kitchen equipment; must have HS diploma and pass background checks.
