Job Summary
Assist customers with natural health products, answer questions and provide information on supplements; provide product, nutrition and recipe suggestions; coordinate and facilitate in-store health events and related programs including product demonstrations; manage health department inventory (ordering, stocking, rotating, cleaning, organizing); support setup of in-store promotional displays and maintain planograms; mentor and coach team members within the department to support development; possess experience as a Nutritionist or Certified Nutrition Practitioner, retail wellness and cross-selling knowledge, strong product knowledge in health and vitamin products, and excellent communication skills to engage customers regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Nutritionist, Certified Nutrition Practitioner, or equivalent credentials
- Experience in retail Wellness and cross-selling
- Knowledge of various health and vitamin products and services available with the ability to effectively demonstrate use of products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and engage with customers on a regular basis
- Passion for outstanding service
- Strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude
- A personal commitment to ongoing learning and development
